Is HUNTING GHOSTS equal to SPEAKING TO THE DEAD?

IS HUNTING FOR GHOSTS EQUAL TO THE BIBLICAL ADMONITION TO NEVER TALK TO THE DEAD?

I BELIEVE IT IS.....BUT LET ME QUALIFY IT SOMEWHAT WITH GODLY ADVICE CONCERNING 'GHOST HUNTING', MOST OF WHAT WE WATCH ON T.V. CONCERNING THIS IDEA IS FILLED WITH UN-BIBLICAL AND UN-SOUND PRACTICES ABOUT GHOSTS, SPIRITS AND THE AFTERLIFE!

THE FOLLOWING SECTION OF AN ARTICLE WILL SUFFICE TO SHOW THE SILLINESS OF HUMAN PRIDE.

"You may be a Ghost Hunters copycat if:

1.) You buy all your equipment based on what Ghost Hunters has – when they get some new experimental equipment, you pick it up also. (How many of us actually had K-2 meters before they came out on Ghost Hunters?)

2.) Your group’s logo is in yellow stencil font.

3.) Your vehicle has a large magnet with your group’s name on it that you use when you go to investigations.

4.) You have ever uttered the phrase “on to the next.”

5.) You have paid an excessive amount of money to meet/investigate with anyone on the cast, past or present.

6.) You list your occupation on Facebook as being in a paranormal group.

7.) You happily pay to investigate a location that Ghost Hunters has filmed an episode at (I can’t even say they “investigated”).

 For those who don’t know – these locations will charge anywhere from $300-$1000 (and sometimes even more) for overnight investigations.

8.) You react to every little sound with “What was that?” in a frenzied whisper, followed by “Oh my God…”

9.) You actively try to get your own TV show despite claiming to not be in it for the fame.

10.) You defend all Ghost Hunters practices and “evidence” and put down other similar shows in the same breath.

11.) You are convinced your group is the best paranormal group in the world and that you have all the answers."

Now while I laugh at the funniness of this, I in no way think that Ghost Hunting is a joke. I know for a fact it has at least some legitimacy to it BUT let me be very clear about one thing......looking into anything supernatural without proper knowledge of what you find is both dangerous and stupid.

THAT GOES FOR GOD'S REALM OR THE DEVILS!

BOTH SIDES OF THE ISSUE HAVE IT WRONG ABOUT GHOSTS, SPIRITS AND THE PARANORMAL.

 Take it from an ex-witch, the after-life is bigger than any Ghost story or Medium could ever tell. The Biblical statements about life in the hereafter DO NOT MATCH for even a second the statements from Ghost Hunters or Mediums. The afterlife does NOT consist of sitting on a cloud with a harp any more than haunting a house or a location forever.

Mediums are few in number that are real, but there are a few. Even they lie about the afterlife some willingly, some without knowledge but ALL tell lies. The bible is the sole proprietor of fact and truth concerning the afterlife. The desire of man to know about things of the beyond is not the problem but the ways and means of gaining that knowledge present the issue of false ideas masquerading as truth.

I watch all the shows every week, I stay well versed in their practices week to week from 'Ghost Hunters' to 'The Dead Files' to 'Ghost Adventures' and although they are entertaining and interesting at times they are NO REPLACEMENT FOR FACTS and the Bible is the ONLY place to find those facts.

NOT ALL MEDIUMS AND WITCHES ARE FAKES, I WAS ONE AND PLAYED BOTH SIDES OF THAT COIN.....SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I DO NOT DISCOUNT ALL THEIR FINDINGS JUST MOST OF THEIR METHODS. 

 

The idea of talking to the dead is what is disputed here not the fact of spiritual beings existing because they do, the problem is if we when we die are already present with God for our reward one way or the other as Scripture tells us then WHO are they really speaking too?

While much of what you see is real spiritual manifestation and interactions with us the idea that these beings are somehow human spirits trapped in a physical place is absurd at best and simple stupidity at the worst! The Bible teaches no such doctrines ANYWHERE and it is easy to refute if we read what God reveals about the afterlife.

The following videos illustrate one of my theories concerning Ghosts that doesn't explain all but at least some haunted places. I believe that in some cases time itself overlaps and we can hear or see another time in an out-of-focus manner, and as in this EVP conversation the person in one time can hear us but we cannot hear them without the proper listening device, in this case a Digital Record.

A lot of pranking can go on in TV shows, I'm not saying this is real but in order to know both sides of an issue it's important to view it!

Sure I believe in MOST CASES so-called hauntings are just imaginary, but it does not mean that some of them are no real. The real issue here that I'm trying to convey is that "Human Beings" are not the causes of ANY HAUNTING. They are 100% demonic, they are either DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY being manipulated through their influence.

 

It is also interesting to note that BOTH ghosts and UFO's have a common "modus operandi " along with Demonic activities. The comparisons cannot be denied:

These are not Ghosts anyway in my opinion but 'time echos' or Residual Haunting as TAPS would call them, but unlike a 'Tape Recorded' playback it shows that time can become overlapped at certain places and for certain reasons. Most of what Ghost Hunters everywhere say is the reason for a Haunting may be true but for a totally different reason than previously understood. 

NOT BECAUSE SOMEONE DIED AND IS STUCK HERE BUT BECAUSE THEIR TIME IS OVERLAPPED WITH OUR TIME......its a theory so lets have fun with it.

 SAY SOMEONE FROM 1906 OVERLAPS WITH US IN 2006 FOR SOME REASON and we speak to them (thinking their Ghosts) and they hear us but we can't hear them because their voices are warped through time or distorted somehow but they can be heard by a device that picks up lower sound like a dog can hear. This is not Time travel but time folding in on itself for a moment.

Its an interesting theory if nothing else, but there may be many other such explanations for Ghost-like evidence besides that which is often explained as truth, when it is in fact a lie from hell! The Bible is very clear that human spirits with or without God DO NOT STICK AROUND AFTER DEATH but are rather taken to their ETERNAL REWARDS accordingly!

The half-truths and outright lies told to us on TV and in the Movies about eternal concepts have deceived an entire generation of viewers. Satan has used entertainment to lull us into a stupor concerning death and the afterlife with the soul purpose of stealing the word of God from the hearers and blinding us from its truth.

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."

 

The afterlife for the Christian is WITH GOD not trapped on a physical plain with a spirit mist for a body. The entire ghost thing is delusion created to take away our hope of being better than we are in this limited life on earth!

"We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. "

You will notice that the transition from death to new life is almost non-existent, it is immediate after leaving the physical body that you are present with Jesus. No haunting, no wandering, no unknown.......funny most ghost hunters don't just read the B.I.B.L.E. Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth?

 

So much misunderstanding and confusion could be avoided if we would just trust the Word of God instead of men and women who have no real knowledge of that part of life that is most inevitable......DEATH!

 



Ghost Hunting is not INVALID it's just completely miss used. I believe that in order to help those affected by evil we must pull our heads out of gaining rewards for it and start just helping with no rewards in mind! Let's be real here for a moment, would any of those TV personalities hunting ghosts do it if the cameras were not recording their deeds, would the idea of helping be as appealing without the big cash pay offs they obviously get in order to afford to investigate the sites that charge them a fee to do so?

 

This more than anything else would reveal their true motives wouldn't it? I'm not saying they don't have good motives, at least not all of them but we must begin to have true discernment about who and what we trust as a Nation. God requires payment for our sins both as individuals and as a Nation. The Occult and the sins it brings with it can destroy us as a people.

 

The bible proof's I've herein presented are evidence we have not been wise in choosing out directions but we can amend it with knowledge of what we witness in our lives.
